Join us for a gentle hatha under the setting sun & experience breath work, meditation & movement.
This class will be led by Tonya Kay from Modo Yoga & sound bowls by Katie Clark also from Modo Yoga. Variations are offered to suit all levels of practice.
What to bring:
Yoga mat or blanket to practice on, water, comfy clothes, and an open mind.
Class starts at 8:00PM, please arrive 10-15min early to allow yourself to arrive & settle in..
